How to achieve your dream physique

If I had to start all over again from the very beginning

This is EXACTLY what I would do.

I would start by finding a personal trainer

Not any beginner trainer, someone who has actually produced results for his clients

I would then tell him to put me through the 3-Ways Method

First, I would have him craft me up a personalized plan specifically for me.

I would make him customize based on stuff like my body type, metabolism, goals, and schedule.

And I would make sure he absolutely optimizes it based on all of these factors.

Second, I would make him help me identify my goals and have him track all of my progress with them.

And finally, I would make sure he gave me daily advice on my fitness and my diet, and make sure I avoided all the mistakes that he went through starting out.
