These 5 habits are KILLING your testosterone

1.) Not Competing
Men were born for competition.
And this wasn’t a problem until quite recently,
But now less and less men are competing against each other each day.
You must be in constant competition.
Create enemies ON PURPOSE just so you can compete with them each and every day.
You will see your testosterone SKYROCKET.
2.) Overeating
Once again a problem that hadn’t been occurring until very recently.
Men used to have to work for their food.
To compete.
But in today’s world, the common man has more luxury than a king had only 200 years ago.
This has allowed men to eat whatever they want, whenever they want.
And it’s DESTROYING your testosterone.
3.) Putting Your Laptop On Your Lap
This one might seem odd.
You might be confused.
And you might be thinking about how convenient this one is for you.
But is drilling your testosterone to the floor.
The heat generated from the floor of the laptop can lead to increased scrotal temperature, therefore leading to infertility.
This will ruin your sperm count as well as your testosterone.
4.) Using Scratched Non-Stick Pans
Another odd one.
Cooking with these pans might seem completely harmless
But,
When these pans are scratched, they can release toxic compounds like perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) into your food
Which will of course disrupt your hormones, sending your testosterone to sea level.
5.) Sugar Intake
You saw this one coming…
Yet you still haven’t made the change.
You know it’s the wrong thing to do, but you still do it.
High-glycemic carbohydrates, especially refined sugars, can cause insulin spikes.
This leads to a subsequent drop in testosterone levels.
Now your question is “So how do I improve testosterone?”
